Role:
Principal Scientist and Bioanalytical Sciences Lead overseeing bioanalytical strategies and activities for clinical programs at Regeneron.
Responsibilities:manage bioanalytical strategy development, act as liaison between Bioanalytical Sciences and clinical teams, oversee assay selection and sample analysis, contribute to regulatory submissions, review study documents, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:PhD or BS/MS with 5+ years in immunology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields; experience with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, ECL, LC-MS, PCR, flow cytometry, or immunogenicity assays; strong communication, project management, and report-writing skills.
High-Value:Clinical stage (likely Phases 1-3), focus on immunogenicity, PK, and biomarker analysis; bioanalytical assay development and regulatory interactions; collaborative role with clinical pharmacology, regulatory, and study teams.
Work Setup:Located in Tarrytown, NY, with a 4-day onsite work week.
