Role Description

We are seeking a Quality Manager to ensure that all supplements we produce and distribute meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for delivering safe and effective products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quality execution at manufacturers during new product commercialization, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs from pilot through scale-up.
  • Review and audit MMRs and batch records to confirm products meet all specifications and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve production risks, building systems to prevent issues before launch.
  • Drive standardization of product quality across manufacturers to deliver a consistent consumer experience.
  • Own quality documentation and oversee stability testing programs.
  • Maintain and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulations for dietary supplements.
  • Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements.
  • Test bulk samples of raw materials and in-process blends to verify identity, potency, and purity prior to production release.
  • Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs), raw material specifications, and finished product testing results.
  • Spend time on-site at manufacturers and spend time working remotely.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance, SOP implementation in supplements, food, or pharma.
  • Proven success managing manufacturers, launching new products, and resolving complex production challenges.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-SKU environments.
  • Clear communicator and collaborative cross-functional partner.
  • Excited to travel frequently and work directly with manufacturing partners.
