**** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform quality control testing on aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and/or related materials to verify product compliance.
* Collect samples, record test results, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
* Monitor production processes and communicate quality findings to plant and operations teams.
* Troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective actions to maintain product standards.
* Promote and follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures in daily activities.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Knowledge of quality control testing procedures and ability to accurately perform and document test results.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts.
* Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations and production teams.
* Proficiency in using testing equipment, technology, and recordkeeping systems.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $31.00- $37.00 per hour.
