thequalitycoordinatorsupportsthecompany’squalitymanagementsystem(qms) bymaintainingdocumentation,monitoring compliance,andcoordinatingquality-relatedactivitiesacrossdepartments.thisrolehelpsensureproducts,processes,andservicesmeetinternalstandardsaswellascustomerandregulatoryrequirements.

• maintainandupdatequalitydocumentationincludingsops,work instructions,forms,andtrainingmaterials.
• supportinternalauditsbypreparingschedules,gathering documentation,andassistingauditors.
• monitornonconformingmaterialreports(ncrs),corrective actions(capas),andfollow-upactivitiestoensuretimelyclosure.
• coordinatesupplierqualityissuesandworkwiththeprocurementteamtogatherdataordocumentationasneeded.
• assistinrootcauseanalysisandproblem-solving sessions.
• trackqualitymetricsandprepareweekly/monthlyreportsforleadership.
• supporttraininginitiativesrelatedtoqualityprocessesandprocedures.
• ensurecompliancewithisostandardsorotherindustry-specificqualityrequirements.
• participateincontinuousimprovementprojectsfocusedonsafety,quality,and efficiency.
• serveasaliaisonbetweenproduction,engineering,operations,andqualityleadership.

• 1–3yearsofexperienceinqualityassurance,quality control,manufacturing,orrelatedareas.

• internalauditingskills-planning,conductingreportingandfollowinguponaudits;familiaritywithauditchecklistsandsampling.

• must be able to work out of the whitestown, in facility monday through friday from 8am to 5pm when not traveling.
