* ** opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
*** High School diploma required.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Prior Aviation/MRO experience a plus.
* Experience with Syteline ERP system is preferred or the ability to quickly learn new software.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience or exposure to ISO 9001, AS9110, or AS9100 standards is an asset but not required.
** As an MRO*
* ** Quality Administrator****, you will:
*** Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Enter, update, and maintain quality-related data within the company's ERP system.
* Review calibration certificates to verify compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
* Maintain equipment calibration records and ensure timely updates.
* Maintain quality records and ensure effective document control.
* Serve as the technical data librarian by organizing, maintaining, and controlling technical documentation, procedures, specifications, manuals, and records.
* Organize, update, and distribute controlled procedures, work instructions, forms, and technical documents.
* Assist with onboarding and qualifying new suppliers, including maintaining supplier records and supporting supplier evaluations.
* Support internal audits, desktop audits, and assist with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
* Track nonconformities and monitor corrective actions through closure.
* Assist in preparing quality metrics and supporting management review meetings.
* Maintain technician training records and competency documentation.
* Support customer, regulatory, and accreditation audits.
* Verify compliance with company procedures, quality standards, customer requirements, and accreditation requirements.
* Indirect purchases for Quality and Engineering Departments
* Perform general administrative duties in support of the Quality Department.
