As a

• Execute performance and durability testing for automotive HVAC and thermal management components.
• Monitor, collect, and validate critical test data to ensure accurate performance evaluation.
• Operate and maintain advanced laboratory test benches and computerized testing systems.
• Troubleshoot test equipment, HVAC refrigerant systems, and component failures to support efficient testing.
• Partner with engineers to execute test plans, analyze results, and support product validation activities.
• Other duties and responsabilties may be required.

As a Validation Lab Technician, reporting to the Head of AC Testing – NA, you will be responsible for conducting performance and durability testing of automotive HVAC and engine cooling components. Duties include installation/removal of test parts, instrumentation, running tests, and collecting data. Works with engineers to understand test requirements.

• Troubleshoot test equipment, HVAC refrigerant systems, and component failures to support efficient testing.
• Partner with engineers to execute test plans, analyze results, and support product validation activities.
• Other duties and responsabilties may be required.

• 3-5 years automotive experience desirable.
• ASE certification desirable.
• EPA 608 certification desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient in MS Office.
