Osmo is seeking a Head of Quality Control to design and lead the QC program for raw materials and finished fragrances in our Elizabeth, NJ facility. You will own the quality lifecycle, from incoming materials to finished product, using trained nose judgment alongside automated testing.
You will build the QC function, set up processes and documentation, and drive root-cause investigations while collaborating with Purchasing, Production, and AI teams.
