The role
Quality is measured, not asserted. You’ll run the sampling, metrics and reporting that tell us how good each program’s data is, where it slips, and whether fixes worked.
What you’ll own
- Sampling plans and audits across programs.
- Quality dashboards and weekly reports.
- Analysis of reviewer agreement and reviewer drift.
- Customer-reported issues, investigated to root cause.
- Audit records kept organised and complete.
- Two or more years in analytics, quality assurance or operations with a quantitative bent.
- SQL and spreadsheet fluency;
Python welcome. - Organised, sceptical and careful with numbers.
- Clear writing.
- Statistical process control or audit sampling.
- Data annotation operations.
