• Negotiate with buyer’s agents to secure the best terms and outcomes for your sellers
• Follow up with leads provided by our sales team and schedule listing appointments
• Conduct professional listing presentations to win business and build client trust
• Keep sellers informed with weekly updates on their listing status and activity
• Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
• Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in home buyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
• Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing

• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
• Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
