Position SummaryWe are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations, tenant relations, and administrative functions across residential and commercial properties. This role supports the Community Manager and is designed to develop into a lead management role.
Portfolio Snapshot- Total Residential Units:
Approximately 520 - Commercial Spaces:
20+ retail and office units - Property Types:
Mixed‑use, multifamily, and commercial spaces with condominium board interaction
- Assist with day‑to‑day property management tasks, vendor coordination, and work order tracking
- Serve as secondary contact for residents and commercial tenants; support move‑ins/move‑outs and tenant files
- Process invoices, assist with budget tracking, and prepare data for monthly reviews
- Collaborate with Leasing, Compliance, and Accounting teams; support special projects
- 2–4 years property management or real estate administrative experience
- Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service skills
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar PMS;
Microsoft Office proficiency - Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation$70,000–$85,000 + Annual Bonus
