We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home-buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities
  • Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads
  • Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc
  • Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc.
  • Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price
  • Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish
  • Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Qualifications
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

$115,000 at plan yearly
