• Assist home buyers and sellers in the process of negotiation, providing advice on market prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc.
• Carry out comparative market analysis to estimate the worth of properties
• Advertise real estate to potential customers

• Must hold a valid NC and/or SC Real Estate license
• Proficiency in Spanish or another language is an advantage
