Responsibilities
  • Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a strong client base.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective client communication techniques.
  • Participate in preparing and managing property listings to attract potential buyers.
  • Support the team in organizing and conducting property showings.
  • Engage in the full sales process to gain a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions.
  • Utilize training resources to enhance your knowledge and skills in real estate practices.
  • Work closely with mentors to receive guidance on earning your real estate license and career development strategies.
Qualifications
  • Real Estate License.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of being a self-starter with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from mentors.
  • Experience in using digital tools and platforms to manage tasks and communicate.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
Compensation

$97,000 - $185,000 yearly
