Looking for Property Manager in Rome, NY – Long-Term Partnership Opportunity
I'm starting to acquire multifamily properties in Rome, NY and currently looking for a local property management partner with:
- Extensive experience managing rental investment properties (ideally small multifamilies)
- A broad and reliable network of local vendors and providers (maintenance, rehab, legal, leasing, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with both owners and tenants
- A reputation for integrity, transparency, and professionalism
- Comfort working with value-add properties and investor-focused strategies
I have a long-term vision to build a sustainable portfolio of multifamily assets in Rome and surrounding areas
, and I'm looking to form a strong, lasting partnership with a property manager who is as committed to professionalism and growth.
