Real Estate Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Real Estate Associate for a full-time role with strong benefits, flexibility and a clear path for growth.

The ideal candidate brings commercial real estate and/or land use experience and wants to be part of the region’s go-to team for commercial and residential development.

• Handle real estate acquisitions and sales
• Represent owners and developers in land use, zoning and development matters
• Manage commercial leasing matters
• Assist with tax assessment and exemption issues
• Support eminent domain and infrastructure-related matters

• Active member of the PA Bar (NJ Bar a plus)
• 2–6 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Strong writing, analytical and organizational skills
