A leading global law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Associate to join its top-ranked real estate team in New York. This is a rare opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions within a globally integrated platform.

• Lead and support joint ventures, acquisitions, sales, and REIT-related matters
• Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements, JV documents, and leases
• Advise clients across asset classes including office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use
• Supervise junior associates and liaise with specialists across tax, finance, and funds

• 3–8 years of experience in sophisticated real estate transactions
• Strong technical experience in JV structuring, acquisitions, leasing, or private equity real estate
• Excellent academic credentials and JD from a respected U.S. law school
• Admitted to the New York Bar or eligible to waive in
• Team player with a commercial mindset and a high attention to detail

Salary Range: $260,000 – $435,000 (DOE)
