Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of five years of real estate management experience. This role oversees the operational integrity, maintenance, compliance, and tenant relations across our property portfolio.

• Oversee property maintenance, including coordination of repairs, renovations, and daily operational needs.

• Ensure full compliance with all city codes and regulations; manage and resolve building violations.

• Mitigate risk through security oversight and effective loss-run management.

• Manage vendor contracts (cleaning, violation removal, snow removal, elevator services, landscaping, etc.) to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service.

• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, maintain strong tenant relations, and ensure a well-preserved and professional building environment.

• Maintain property budgets and support operational efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years of property management or real estate operations experience.

• Strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation.

• Proven ability to maintain budgets and drive operational efficiency.

• Knowledge of NYC building codes, compliance processes, and violation management.

• Excellent communication and tenant-relations skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.
