Real Estate Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing full‑service out‑of‑home and experiential marketing firm specializing in dynamic signage and nationwide immersive brand experiences.

Position Summary

The Real Estate Manager’s primary responsibilities for this job are to strategically manage and grow the company’s portfolio of real estate assets and to ensure that our client’s interests are represented in the development of market rules and procedures. Los Angeles and Miami are key target markets for expansion, as well as others across the US.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify attractive sites for the company’s media installations and negotiate leases with property and business owners
  • Develop relationships in LA and Miami real estate communities and in other markets across the US that will foster opportunities to lease space for an outdoor advertising display
  • Maximize profit margins by strategically negotiating lease amounts
  • Oversee lease negotiation and develop overall strategy for pricing
  • Maintain relationships with landlords
  • Explore site development opportunities and develop strategies for achieving portfolio growth goals
  • Run financial reporting statistics to evaluate potential new sites
Required Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Preferably 5+ years of OOH real estate development experience
  • LA or Miami market knowledge, as well as knowledge of other markets across the US
  • Knowledge of zoning in outdoor space
  • Basic understanding of production, installation and maintenance of advertising signs
  • Ability to assess a community and find sites that are of value based on management’s direction
  • Negotiating skills
  • Must be “hungry” and a self‑starter
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a variety of people
  • Independent with a strong determination to succeed as well as being able to multi‑task on the many components required to bring a site to market
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be detail oriented

    Must have the ability to compose letters, memos, emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely
  • Be able to present one’s self in a highly cooperative and professional manner when meeting both internal and external customers
  • Must have working knowledge of Windows operating system and be proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to think things through and develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency
