• Significant broad-based commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
• Joint venture experience is a plus.
• First chair smaller transactions, second chair larger transactions, or run deals on own depending on seniority.
• Strong drafting and communication skills; work well with colleagues and clients.

• 4th through 8th year associate class for the Real Estate group.
• Highly motivated with strong drafting and communications skills.
• Desire to first chair smaller transactions and second chair larger transactions or run deals independently.
