• Identify and source off-market acquisition opportunities across the Tri-State Area
• Build sophisticated financial models and projections in Excel
• Conduct market research, analyze comps, and prepare investment memos
• Support deal structuring, underwriting, and negotiation strategy
• Interface directly with brokers, sellers, and internal stakeholders

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, capital markets, or private equity
• Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills
• A self-starter with strong commercial instincts and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of real estate finance, valuations, and deal underwriting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a bias for action
