Commercial Property Manager Needed - $120K - Retail & Office - Urgent Hire!
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
Job DetailsThe Property Manager will direct and manage all property operations and capital expenditure activities for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in New York City. The role requires strong leadership, sound decision‑making, and adherence to ethical and professional standards. Success is demonstrated by high performance across building staff, vendors, contractors, and low operational costs. A key focus is on developing internal talent, minimizing reliance on outside contractors, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- 8+ years of property management experience
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager 8, Yardi Pay, MRI, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong financial skills including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- In‑depth knowledge of NYC landlord‑tenant law and housing regulations
- CPM certification or relevant real estate designations preferred
- NY Real Estate License (required or ability to obtain)
- $110,000-$140,000 Base Salary + Bonus
