The Opportunity

As our Sales Manager
, you’ll play a key role in growing our team, driving agent performance, and building a positive office culture. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is passionate about real estate, and can help shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit & Onboard Top Talent: Proactively source, interview, and onboard new agents to grow our team and market presence.
  • Drive Agent Performance: Coach agents on sales strategies, lead conversion, and productivity to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Champion Culture and

    Collaboration:

    Build a collaborative, high‑energy team culture that encourages open communication, mutual respect, camaraderie, and shared success.
  • Lead by Example: Set the tone by actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and deal support.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, workshops, and mentorship sessions to help agents sharpen their skills and stay motivated.
  • Set and Track Goals: Establish performance benchmarks and help agents stay accountable to production goals.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Founder and Director of Operations to refine recruitment strategies, growth initiatives, and operational systems.
  • Promote Our Brand: Represent the company at industry events, networking meetups, and in the broader NYC real estate community.
What We're Looking For
  • Active Real Estate Agent / Associate Broker in the NYC Market
  • Proven experience in residential real estate sales or team leadership (5+ years preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, mentoring, or managing agents

    Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Strong understanding of the NYC real estate market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Passion for building culture, developing people, and driving results
