Outlive Homes is the first real estate brokerage built on a real, measurable commitment to sustainability. For every move we help facilitate, we plant 100 trees and remove 10 pounds of pollution from U.S. coastlines. Helping the planet is baked into how we operate.

This also isn’t our first time building a successful brokerage in New York City. Our leadership team brings decades of experience from some of the top firms in NYC, with a shared belief that real estate can be both high-performing and positively impactful.

The role

New agents start on a fair 80/20 split. After one year and $50k in commissions, you automatically earn equity in the company. From there, additional equity can be earned through referrals and performance milestones. When the company grows, you grow with it.

Agents are responsible for the full scope of real estate work, including sales, rentals, commercial, listings, showings, negotiations, and deal execution. We support you with marketing, promotion, networking, and systems designed to help you actually build a business, not just chase deals.
