Kent Services is looking for a Business Development Professional (Real Estate-Property Management).

- Generate leads, set meetings, and secure new clients across the commercial and residential buildings industry.
- Identify and target potential new clients, including property managers, building owners, and developers.
- Develop long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience in real estate, property management or a related industry.
- Hybrid position, requiring occasional on‑site visits.
Competitive base salary: $100,000/year.
Commission:
Year 1 – 3 %;
Year 2 – 2 %;
Year 3 – 1 %.
Health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off.
