Louis Posner is a New York State licensed real estate broker for 35 years with extensive experience in the sale and leasing of commercial and residential properties. Our real estate agency affiliate focuses on leasing of commercial retail spaces in Manhattan.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent position based in New York City, NY. The Real Estate Agent will engage with clients to assist in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing property listings, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The agent will collaborate with clients and external parties to close transactions, maintain relationships, and expand the client base through sales strategies and strong customer service.
This is a commission-only job, and you work remotely. It can be part-time or full-time. We have an office in Midtown Manhattan with 7-day-a-week access, and there are no desk fees. Opportunity to also be trained to work in the firm's business loan division.
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate and real property markets.
- Strong skills in customer service and sales, with a focus on building client relationships and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in real estate marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous.
- College degree required. MBA or advanced credentials are a plus.
