This is a full‑time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be tasked with working closely with buyers, sellers, and investors to assist them in achieving their real estate goals. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating offers, preparing contracts, advising clients on current market conditions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves generating leads, building client relationships, and staying informed of industry trends to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.

• A valid Real Estate License is required to practice real estate.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques for achieving client objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Upstate New York is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with real estate software tools and modern marketing platforms is beneficial.
