Assistant Commercial Property Manager Flatiron Manhattan

We are a small commercial real estate management company based in Flatiron Manhattan seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of a commercial real estate portfolio.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow within commercial property management and gain hands-on experience across operations, tenant relations, and financial administration.

This role will include:

• Invoicing tenants each month
• Rent collection.
• Assisting with accounts payable.
• Responding to tenant correspondence.
• Coordinating building maintenance requirements.
• Preparing notices, demands, and recommending/ coordinating legal action as necessary.
• Tracking lease expirations and renewals.
• Processing new lease applications.
• Processing tenant move out.
• Adhering and documenting the necessary compliance with all city/state/federal laws and regulations.
• Carrying out clerical duties: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
• Supporting property managers with projects and owner reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Experience with Quick Books a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Well organized and adaptable to change
• Compensation:
• Full-Time; 8 AM to 5 PM;
  Monday to Friday
