Overview
XL Real Property Management is the leading provider of top-end property management services in NYC. We are recognized as being the premier property management focus and we are seeking a marketing assistant to help grow our portfolio!
Responsibilities- Outreach to potential clients
- Grow our social media presence
- Plan topics and episodes for our podcast, Managing Manhattan
- Conduct market research
This would be a full-time role in our office right off Union Square. You would be reporting directly to the CEO.
Ideal Candidate- Is an expert marketer and is looking to grow in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has had some level of exposure to NYC real estate
Salary and commission structure will be based on experience!
