Lease-Up Specialist: High-Rise in Coney

LCOR Incorporated in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Leasing Consultant for 1515 Surf Apartments in Coney Island. You will tour buildings, lease units, answer calls and inquiries, and manage applications and lease paperwork for a 463-unit mixed-use high-rise.

Requirements include 1–3 years in sales or customer service; high-rise leasing experience is a plus;
Yardi or LRO knowledge is beneficial. Working weekends required; compensation includes $28 per hour plus commission and a strong benefits package.
