Lettings Administrator

About the role

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lettings Administrator for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. This role owns the administrative workflow for a UK lettings portfolio, from offer to move-in, ensuring compliance and serving as the main contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

• Prepare and issue tenancy agreements, renewals and notices
• Track gas safety, EPC and electrical certificates to ensure timely compliance
• Coordinate referencing, deposits and move-in paperwork
• Log maintenance issues and manage contractor progress to completion
• Keep the property management system accurate and up to date
• Answer landlord and tenant queries by email and phone

• Experience with property, lettings or contract heavy administration
• Familiarity with a CRM or property system such as Reapit, Alto or Jupix
• Confident written English for tenant and landlord correspondence
• Strong document control and diary discipline
• Comfortable chasing third parties until a task is closed
• Nice to have exposure to UK lettings legislation
