Elexco Land Services is a full-service land company that provides project management, leasing agents, right-of-way agents, title personnel, support staff, legal support through our In-House Corporate Counsel, and systems support through our data and information personnel. We maintain a large staff of experienced land agents to ensure the unique requirements of our U.S. clientele are met.

Elexco is seeking experienced Land Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be adaptable, results-oriented, have a positive attitude and a track record of executing successful land acquisition campaigns. The position will report to Elexco’s VP of Land, Corey Herman.

• Manage and lead the land acquisition process for solar, wind, gas, and oil projects by working with land owners and other external parties to secure site control
• Generate significant leads on land parcels that meet Elexco’s acquisition criteria
• Prepare, negotiate, manage, and review site control documents including purchase and lease agreements and easements
• Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory, policy, and market forces in the state/region in which you operate.
• Conduct regular visits to prospective sites to meet with landowners and evaluate site qualifications.

• Located preferably in the States of NY or PA.
• Experience in solar, wind, oil, and gas (ROW negotiations a plus)
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Independent and resourceful agent that is proficient in overseeing several complex projects concurrently and accomplishing priorities.
• Excellent negotiation skills are a plus.
