AQU Trust Capital seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio of 300–1000 units across Brooklyn. The role requires 1–3+ years of property management, hands-on ownership of building operations, and strong organization to handle maintenance, tenant issues, inspections, violations, walkthroughs, lease renewals, move-ins/move-outs and payments.
Must have own car; experience with App Folio or similar software is preferred.
