We are looking for someone who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, follows through consistently, communicates clearly, and can effectively manage people, priorities, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility

• Prepare and monitor operating and CAPEX budgets; oversee invoices, purchase orders, CARs, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including contracts, performance, billing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain property, tenant, insurance, compliance, and operational documentation; support DOB filings and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate security, building access, keys, and related administrative processes.
• Partner with the COO, Finance, Accounting, Property Management, tenants, vendors, and contractors to resolve issues and advance priorities.
• Develop processes and tracking systems that improve efficiency, visibility, communication, and accountability.
• Proactively identify operational risks and provide leadership with updates on priorities, projects, budgets, and issues.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in operations, facilities, property management, project management, or a related field
• Ability to work full time in person
• Fluent English and Spanish required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Management/supervisory experience with the ability to establish priorities, delegate work, and hold others accountable
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, projects, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong budgeting and financial administration skills
• Highly organized with strong judgement, problem-solving, communication, and follow-through skills
