NYCEDC’s Asset Management Property Operations Department seeks an Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations for City-owned properties, with a primary focus on the MADE Campus in Brooklyn. This onsite role requires five days per week on campus and travel to NYCEDC’s main office as needed.
You will support property inspections, coordinate with portfolio Asset Managers, monitor budgets, and ensure safety, compliance, and tenant needs are addressed promptly.
