Portfolio Operations Lead - Commercial Real Estate

Our Client, A leading Private Real Estate firm is currently looking for a Director of Operations to start immediately!

• Oversee commercial real estateloanCLO, and reposettlement activities.
• Book transactions, assist with maintaining positions, cash activity, and security master data
• Investigate and resolve transaction, settlement,and reconciliation breaks
• Prepare, review, and approvereconciliations
• Oversee an offshore team

• 4+ years of experience in Private Commercial Real Estate Loan Operations
• Excel skills
• Experience in trade booking, funding, settlement, position management, cash movements, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting Commercial Real Estate loans
