AQU Trust Capital is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio across Brooklyn (300-1000 units). The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years of property management experience and can take full ownership of building operations, including maintenance, tenant issues, inspections, violations, walkthroughs, lease renewals, and move-ins/move-outs.
Proficiency with App Folio or similar property-management software is preferred, and candidates must have access to their own car.
