Overview
Our company is seeking an experienced Title Processor to join our team. You will assist buyers and the title team in making sure that all of the pre-closing documents are prepared and submitted correctly, and work with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies to produce a clear title.
Responsibilities- Assist buyers and the title team in preparing and submitting pre-closing documents accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues or discrepancies to produce a clear title.
- Experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, or real estate transactions is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent research and customer service skills.
