Valley Bank is seeking a Staff Appraiser
- Commercial to review and perform appraisal reports on commercial and special-use properties. This role involves maintaining contact with various departments to resolve appraisal issues and ensuring compliance with appraisal standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in commercial appraisals and a strong understanding of USPAP and Interagency Appraisal guidelines. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
The position requires intermediate PC skills and relevant certifications.
