Property Manager

Paragon Residential Management LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic residential property while delivering an exceptional living experience for residents. A typical work week would consist of 30+ hours M-F 9:00 - 2:00.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Glen Esk Apartments in Glenville, NY, ensuring smooth and efficient management
• Market vacant units, conduct showings, and manage the leasing process from application to move-in
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and property inspections
• Monitor budgets, collect rent, and manage accounts receivable and delinquency follow-up
• Ensure properties remain in compliance with local housing codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Prepare and maintain accurate records including lease agreements, financial reports, and resident communications

• 2+ years of experience in residential property management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations in New York State
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, App Folio, or similar)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits
• Real estate license or property management certification (CAM, CPM) is a plus
