CFO- Real Estate

Established Real Estate and Property Management Corp is looking to add a full time CFO to their team. This position would be to lead and manage a already developed A/F team. If you are an experienced executive looking to bring your skills and management style to a new team we would love to speak with you.

• 10-15 years of progressive financial
• 5-7 years specifically within commercial or residential real estate, development, or property management
• Proven track record of managing multi-million or multi-billion dollar budgets, assets under management (AUM), or complex financial portfolios.
• Complete command over industry-standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) and property management software, primarily Yardi, MRI Software, or Real Page, alongside ARGUS for valuation modeling.
• manage covenant compliance on existing debt, project development contingencies, and optimal cash reserve management across individual property LLC
