In house training and support. Several office locations and all the resources to help you elevate your Real Estate Career. • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase available listings effectively
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and legal standards
• Develop targeted marketing strategies using digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to attract potential buyers and tenants
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using real estate administrative tools
• Stay informed about local market trends, property values, zoning laws, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, communicating clearly, and managing expectations professionally

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of marketing techniques specific to real estate promotion
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively
• Familiarity with property management practices and real estate law is preferred
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple listings and transactions simultaneously
• Administrative experience related to real estate processes is a plus
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliant practices in all dealings
