We specialize in residential rentals and sales across New York and New Jersey, providing clients with end-to-end services from property search and showings to negotiation and closing. • Analyze client needs promptly and match them with suitable properties
• Manage and follow through the entire rental/sales process, providing professional guidance
• Maintain and update property databases with accurate information
• Monitor and stay up to date on real estate market trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referral

• Active New York or New Jersey real estate license (Salesperson or Broker)
• Fluent in English with strong communication and client service skills
• Prior experience in rentals or sales preferred, but not required
• Highly responsible, motivated, and committed to long-term development
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
