Asset Management VP

This Asset Management VP role leads asset-level strategy and performance oversight for a portfolio of commercial real estate investments. The position sits at the center of execution between ownership objectives and operating partners, with accountability for driving business plans and communicating results to internal stakeholders. Based in New York, this is a senior, hands-on role with broad scope across operating performance, capital allocation, and key investment decisions throughout the hold period.

• Own asset-level performance management and execution of business plans across a portfolio of commercial real estate investments
• Lead asset valuation, hold/sell analysis, and portfolio strategy recommendations, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
• Lead portfolio-level performance analysis and executive reporting, translating asset trends into capital-allocation, hold/sell, and risk-management recommendations
• Maintain valuation and disposition readiness through market monitoring, broker engagement, and ongoing review of exit assumptions
• Preferred: 5+ years of direct multifamily asset-management experience, including ownership of operating plans, budgets, and hold/sell decisions for an institutional portfolio
