Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team early in 2027. You will lead customer-facing programs and drive internal CDMO initiatives across governance, processes, and tools as we scale.
This role requires coordinating with Operations across sites, managing end-to-end project plans, risks, and invoicing milestones, and ensuring a seamless transition from opportunity to execution for our pharmaceutical customers.
