SVP of Asset Management

This SVP of Asset Management role leads the asset management function with responsibility for portfolio performance, business-plan execution, and value creation across a multi-asset real estate platform. The position operates with senior decision-making authority on asset strategies, capital allocation, and major approvals, partnering closely with property management, leasing, and capital markets. Based in New York, this role provides executive-level reporting and oversight while developing a high-performing asset management team.

• Lead the asset management function to drive portfolio performance against approved business plans, budgets, and return targets
• Set and execute asset-level strategies across leasing, renewals, capital projects, and operational initiatives
• Oversee annual operating budgets, reforecasts, and variance analysis; partner with property management and leasing to optimize NOI and cash flow
• Review and approve major asset decisions, including capital expenditures, lease terms, and third-party contracts within delegated authority
• Direct hold/sell analysis and asset-level valuations; support disposition and recapitalization decision-making
• Partner with capital markets and lenders on financing strategy, refinancing execution, and lender reporting requirements
• Build management reporting for executive stakeholders, including KPI dashboards, performance narratives, and portfolio-level rollups
• Manage and develop asset management team members, establishing goals, priorities, and performance expectations
