Residential Listing Agent

Salary: $80,000+ per year (estimated annual compensation, commission-based)

Acre NY is hiring full-time Residential Listing Agents to join our on-site sales team in New York City. This is a client-facing role: you'll meet buyers, host open houses, and build relationships across our luxury new development projects in Long Island City, Astoria, Manhattan — with senior agents guiding you through every project. Ideal for a motivated agent with some experience who's ready to level up.

• Meet and build relationships with buyers and sellers (client-facing)
• Conduct showings and work directly with buyers and sellers
• Follow up on leads and drive deals to closing
• Work with your project lead to learn the process deal by deal
• Collaborate with the in-office team on closings and marketing

• Estimated annual compensation of $80,000+
• Commission-based compensation
• Active project pipeline across LIC, Astoria, Manhattan

• 1+ years of real estate or sales experience (junior to mid-level welcome)
• Fluent English with strong knowledge of NYC neighborhoods and local buyers
• Based in the New York City area
