Property Manager

This Property Manager role is responsible for day-to-day operations and performance of a managed property, serving as the primary point of coordination across tenants, vendors, and internal teams. The position blends onsite operational oversight with administrative management of leases, records, and routine reporting to ensure consistent service delivery and building standards. Based in New York, NY, the role sits within a property management platform with accountability for operating budgets and execution of maintenance and improvement work.

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including service requests, vendor coordination, and onsite issue resolution
• Administer lease-related processes, including renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and tenant communications consistent with lease requirements
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs, repairs, and capital work execution with vendors and internal teams
• Monitor vendor contracts and service standards, including bid coordination and ongoing performance management
• Manage property budgets and operating performance, including invoice review, cost control, and variance tracking
• Support rent collection and delinquency follow-up in coordination with accounting and lease administration processes
• Maintain property records and operational reporting, including incident documentation and routine status updates to ownership/management
