Position: Organizational Psychologist the Work of
Location: Town of Florida

Organizational Psychologist – Research Proposal

Organizational psychologist responsible for designing and evaluating workplace programs, assessing employee performance, and facilitating organizational development and change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data using statistical methods and applications to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of workplace programs.
  • Assess employee performance and observe/interview workers to gather data on job requirements and satisfaction.
  • Write reports on research findings to contribute to general knowledge and suggest improvements in organizational functioning.
  • Facilitate organizational development and change initiatives.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees.
  • Provide consultation and advice to supervisors, peers, and subordinates; interpret the meaning of information and establish interpersonal relationships.
  • Organize, plan, prioritize work, interact with computers, evaluate quality, and communicate findings.
Required Abilities
  • Oral comprehension – the ability to listen and understand information.
  • Oral expression, written comprehension, written expression.
  • Deductive reasoning – applying general rules to specific problems.
  • Inductive reasoning – combining pieces of information to develop general rules.
  • Problem sensitivity – recognizing when something is heading in the wrong direction.
  • Speech clarity and recognition.
  • Information ordering – arranging actions or objects according to a specified rule.
Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field.

• Proven experience in data analysis, research, and workplace program evaluation.

Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
