Sr UX Researcher

Senior UX Researcher New York, NY – (Hybrid, 3 days home, 2 days office) 18 months W2 Rate – $82-84/hr

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with leadership.
• 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquiries, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies).
• Ability to transform findings and data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executives and cross‑functional partners.

• Plan and carry out custom research using various methods.
• Study both user behavior and opinions.
• Collaborate with design, product, content, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Share findings in clear and engaging ways.
• Work with product and business teams to choose research topics.
• Provide expert guidance on research and advocate for users.
• Manage research projects, set priorities, and deliver key insights in fast‑changing situations.
• Produce insights that guide new ideas and evaluate designs.
