Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is recruiting a Research Technician in the Cellular Therapies laboratory.

Role Overview- Prepare and maintain lab equipment, instruments, solutions, stains, and assays.
- Perform specialized techniques including cell culture, transfection, viral production, T‑cell cultures, PCR, Western blotting, and DNA extraction.
- Conduct animal studies using immunodeficient mice for xenografts and monitor treatment effects following T‑cell injections.
- Record and analyze research data, prepare reports, and provide insights to the team.
- Assist peers and researchers with ongoing projects, fostering a team‑oriented, supportive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or life sciences.
- Proficiency in cell culture, transfection, viral production, T‑cell cultures, PCR, Western blotting, and DNA extraction.
- Experience and comfort working with animal models.
- Attention to detail and strong record‑keeping habits.
- Ability to follow protocols and troubleshoot as needed.
- Team‑oriented approach supporting postdocs and fellow researchers.
- Adaptability in a dynamic laboratory environment.

Zuckerman Research Center. - Schedule:
37.5 hours per week, onsite.

Pay Range: $26.21 – $39.24 per hour. FSLA Status:
Non‑Exempt.
